Mission
Statement: 1
Guided by the philosophy
and ideals of the martial arts, create a feeling of unity and common purpose. 2
In a spirit of cooperation
and consensus, contact and bring together the Vovinam-VVD movements currently
existing in various countries regardless of their organizational structure
and staffing. Their participation, however, must be freely and voluntarily given. 3
Contribute our efforts to
the creation of a team of young Martial Arts Masters and trainers of ability,
enthusiasm, and character in order to promote the work of developing and
propogating Vovinam-VVD in all nations of the world. Goals: 1
Remain in close contact
with the Office of the Grand Master; achieve precision and speed in the
receiving and sending of all correspondence. 2
Establish a Vovinam
library stocked with a wide variety of materials. 3
Provide materials and data
about Vovinam-VVD activities in various countries; disseminate a training
program focusing on Martial Arts techniques and philosophy to overseas
Vovinam-VVD centers. 4
Research, establish, and
cooperate with Administrative Committees for the regional divisions in order
to disseminiate a training program, establish regular examinations, and
organize an annual celebration. 5
Facilitate warm mutual
relations to Vovinam masters, schools who are willing to accept the
leadership of the Altar Hall. |
