Master Minh told me about the
recent problems. You must know that Hicham
Ramly as just one club in Morocco so his association can not be a "National one". Hassan Abillat my pupil, has the responsibility of
17 clubs all over the country inside the Official Royal Martial Arts Federation
of Morocco, department Vovinam. It is a hard job that we have done in almost 5
years. Hicham begun with the Certificate of N.Dao in 1999 without knowing
nothing about Vovinam!!!
The problem is that he saw himself
as "caught" so last month he complained to the ministry of Sports of
Morocco asking to be recognazed as "the official Vovinam in Morocco".
He , of course, showed the Certificate of N D. and the letters of Cam Binh, the
pictures of Vietnam....This is really important for the moroccans, and my pupil
Hassan as never been to Vietnam (He has not the change to have miss Cam Binh
for giving him a couple of thousand dollars to go to Vietnam, as apparently was
the case for ramly, to confirm...)
So The Intercontinental Federation
has given a letter to my pupil Hassan to certifie that he is the Official in
Morocco, but hicham has three differents sources 1)To Duong, 2) Cam Binh/ND
Thu, 3) Nguyen Dao....For the ministry it is 3 against 1....
Could you sent a letter to Hassan
Abillat to explain the position of To Duong and your, this would be a great
opportunity, and an enormous help for Hassan Abillat. This is the 3 email

If Hassan Abillat sends email
to me with a question I will officially reply him. I myself cannot write to him per your request since this is a very
complicated situation. But, I copy this
letter to him.
I had never thought Cambinh
gave Ramli that amount of money as you said, and I had no clarification on her
relationship to Ramli. Please don't link this relationship to Toduong's. This is an enormous misunderstood you rather
help me to clear it out. I also suggest
you to contact master Cam Binh or Thu Nguyen if you feel some thing in doubt.
However, I saw some evidence
which made me believe neither Ramli Hicham is a honest person nor talented
Vovinam disciple. Thus, he did not receive any belt from To duong. His training at Toduong is just a couple
days. His pictures were taken as a
courtersy only.
I also want to clarify one more
thing. Nobody from To Duong or the
Oversea office of Correspondence and Internet had invited Ramli Hicham to
Toduong for training. I hope he will
stop spreading out the false information.
Master Patrick, if Ramli
shows his potentiality to learn and is willing to correct himself, I hope you
will guide him to be a good instructor.
That is how we help each other in Vovinam school.
Please continue to promote
VVN-VVD in Morocco and other countries for the best. I had heard some good reputation about instructor Hassan Abillat.
I look forward to seeing him a successful Vovinam master in the near future.
