The Flowers of Purity

To the Do Family of Ontario, CA

People recounted the story

Of the flower of Purity

A flower which is blooming at midnight

And fading at the coming of sunlight

There was a beautiful Princess

Who lived in a castle in China

Her good reputation was spreading so far

That the King of Terror wanted to meet her.

Unfortunately, the Princess killed herself,

and the King

Can’t see her nor the flower

Which was blooming at midnight

and dying before the next morning.

But when I came to Ontario that night

The plants were blooming to bring me light.

The flowers of purity welcomed me.

The fragrance gave me their tenderness

When I came to the home

Of love and Happiness.

Oh lovingly flowers of Purity

I love you as I love the kindness

Of a beautiful and happy family!
