With the purpose of encouraging in reaching the height of VVN-VVD, and in
developing the new generation of the VOVINAM youth.
B/ With the request of the students from: San Jose, CA. -Los Angeles, CA.-Oakland, CA. -Tacoma, WA. -Seattle, WA. & Vancouver, BC, all participants of the VOVINAM tournament 2000 held in San Jose, CA . on July 2nd. 2000 has chosen Vancouver, BC to be the location of the VOVINAM tournament 2001. As well as a result from the meeting held in Nov. 25th. 2000 at San Jose, CA . The North West North America Association has decided that VOVINAM Vancouver BC. Will host the 2001 tournament,
C/ With the approval of Chief of North West North American Affairs and the sponsorship from members of the North West North America Association.
D/ With the encouragement of the VOVINAM International Association.
With the approval of the Canada VOVINAM Viet Vo Dao Association, VOVINAM Vancouver BC.
